Ramy's 4th place finish was an exciting one for all of us involved with Kami Kennels, but especially for his girls (all three of them - well four if you count his mom). They were all waiting at the finish line for him along with several thousand people when he came in.

We asked Ramy what happened to the close race he was running with Jeff King as far as Safety. Ramy told us that a few of the dogs were uncomfortable with the pace and he decided that with a team of mostly two year olds it would be best not to make the end of the race a traumatic run...there are plenty of races for them in the future. He stopped to snack his team and sauntered into town (if you can call it that) thirty minutes after Jeff arrived.
