Ramy saw Kaltag at 8:49 this evening.

We are going to try and catch up with Ramy in Unalakleet and see how he's doing.

Nulato! 11:07 a.m. Ramy is running a disciplined race. Paul Gebhardt and Charlie Boulding are behind on rest...Ramy is still in second place. As many of the other racers have mentioned...Swingley's team is amazing.

Ramy arrived into Galena in second place at 11:35 a.m. He is pacing his team with even rest run times. Officially Ramy has fallen to sixth place leaving Galena, but that is primarily because he took more rest time. Paul Gebhardt and Rick Swenson pushed through, but they had to leave behind 3 dogs each. Ramy's dogs should be in good shape for the run on the coast.

He's staying focused on his race plan and tuning out the distractions from other competitors. Keep it up Ramy!!
